With over 20 years of experience across design, marketing, eCommerce, and brand strategy, I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of building brands, from product design and campaign direction to audience growth, events, and long-term brand leadership.
I know the heart and hustle it takes to build something from scratch, and the structure to help it grow sustainably.
Previously, I led one of Australia’s most loved independent design markets, supporting thousands of artists and makers to grow their businesses. That chapter gave me a deep understanding of the realities of running a business, the demands, the lessons, and the burnout, and shaped my drive to help brands grow with clarity, purpose, and longevity.
Today, I lead brand and campaign strategy at Create + Make, working closely with my partner Luke, our technical website and Shopify specialist. Together, we help creative and product-based businesses move from ideas to clear, actionable plans, bridging the gap between strategy, creative direction, and implementation, from early concept through to live stores, campaigns, and ongoing growth.
