How soon will my favorite cuts be back in stock?
We process fresh beef every month, so sold-out cuts typically come back around mid-month. If something you want isn't available, check back in a few weeks — or follow us on social to get notified when new inventory drops.
Where does your beef come from?
Our cattle are raised on regenerative pasture in Northern Utah. They graze on open land, eat what cattle are meant to eat, and are never treated with hormones or unnecessary chemicals. From our pasture to your freezer — that's the whole supply chain.
How do you recommend cooking it?
Over fire, whenever you can. Our beef is made to meet flame — whether that's a wood fire, charcoal, or a cast iron skillet with a hard sear. Let it come to room temperature, season generously with salt, and don't rush it. Great beef deserves your full attention.
How does shipping work?
We ship directly to your door, frozen with dry ice and vacuum-sealed to lock in quality. Orders are packed with care and ship out every Tuesday with 1-2 day shipping tot ensures your beef arrives in perfect condition. You should receive tracking information to your email the first Monday after you've submitted your order with more information.
