QUESTIONS?

We're here to help!

Whatever it might be, you can find some commonly asked questions around business capital. If you aren't able to find what you're looking for, you can try our handy chat on the bottom right of your screen.

What is Business Capital?

Business capital is a type of flexible funding designed specifically for small to medium businesses. It allows companies to grow and thrive without giving up equity and can provide funding between £1,000 and £1,000,000.

Unlike traditional finance, you get one fixed fee that never changes which means no interest or late fees. Payments are made as a percentage of your daily revenue which means you make payments automatically as customers pay you.*

How long does it take to get funding?

We understand that business moves quickly and in order to grab hold of opportunities as they arise, receiving funding quickly is important for many of the businesses that apply.

That's why we aim to fund applications within 24 hours.**

Am I eligible for funding?

We fund a wide range of businesses including sole traders, partnerships, LTD companies and LLP's.

We do have some requirements; businesses have to have been trading for more than 3 months and must have over £1,000 in average monthly revenue in order to be eligible for funding.

What is the cost?

Unlike traditional finance, you get one fixed fee that never changes which means no interest or late fees.

The fixed fee will be determined based on the advance amount combined with the percentage you pay (%) as part of your daily revenue. This approach means that fees are transparent and taken in line with your cashflow.*

What is a MID (Merchant ID)?

A merchant ID or MID is a commonly used 15 digit numerical identifier used to facilitate and identify credit and debit card payments for businesses.

Finding your MID is straightforward and can usually be viewed in the following places:

●  In your merchant account statement
●  On your card terminal
●  By contacting your payments provider
