Business development that delivers results

Helping professional services firms and their people establish a Business Development Culture by investing in a structured and skilled approach to business development that drives growth.

How can I help you?

ClientWise helps you drive profitable revenue growth by bringing structure and skills to your business development efforts – establishing a Business Development Culture.

My approach ensures everyone understands the why, what, and how, which gets more of your team involved rather than the risky approach of leaving business development to just a few key people.

// Proactive Approach

Business development isn’t optional – here’s why

Business development is rarely part of formal training for professional services individuals. For many, it’s not something they want to spend time on or something they feel naturally skilled to do and why should they be?

However, winning and retaining clients is a key part of a client facing role. By what is delivered, how work is delivered and by a more proactive approach to business development – with existing clients, introducers and with new clients directly.

Even juniors have a role to play, particularly if they interact with clients, as existing clients are a key source of future work, both directly and through referrals.

Increasing the number of people who contribute to business development as part of business as usual is key both to minimise the risk of having very few contributing and to increase growth opportunities.
