SERVICES

Fund Investor

Investment capital is pooled with other investors to acquire a property and fund its renovation. We manage the sourcing, acquisition, refurbishment, and resale of the asset. Investors participate on a project-by-project basis without direct involvement in operations. Returns are distributed upon project completion, with a fixed minimum 12% ROI per project targeted. Minimum investment thresholds apply.

Joint Venture

We acquire a property requiring renovation with a forecast resale profit of 20%+. You fund the purchase and refurbishment of the unit. We manage acquisition, renovation, and resale. Option for your name to appear on the title deed for added security. On completion, profits are shared with a minimum ROI guaranteed. Option to purchase through an SPV with cohort of investors holding shares of the property.

fund your flip

Act as a JV partner by providing finance for a property you currently own. Instead of receiving the agreed notional sale price upfront, you authorise us to renovate and resell the unit. Upon sale, you receive the notional price plus a share of profits. Suitable for owners without immediate need for sale proceeds.
