Would prefer to leave no stars but this option is not available ,I've waited since 2023 December,for what I consider a straight forward application ,.I was forced to go to appeal to the govenment body the inspectorate ,this council did not even put forward a case for which they had objected to my application ,they have wasted everybody's time and money to pursue a vendetta against myself ,of course its not their actual money that's being squandered on this vendetta ,it's yours the council tax payer ,,at no stage did they attempt to enter into dialogue with me ,,,the planning system used to work sweetly 20 yrs ago ,you could liase with a duty planning officer ,and talk through a proposal ,they now mostly work from home ,and we all know what that means ?.duvets at the ready ,,this council stinks of corruption ,if your face fits your application goes to the top of the list,otherwise you wait forever,I've examples of council owned properties validated the following day and permission granted in a few weeks ,this council has 44 officers on their books ,no excuse for the delays ,I'm currently seeking an award for costs for unreasonable behaviour , quote the government planning inspector ,I implore you to complain and write a review about this underperforning planning authority , and this awful labour government says it wants to build more houses and will make the planning easier what a joke , just like this council , I suggest making these planner attend the office 5 days a week 8 hrs a day ,and get some work done , no dog walks or watching daytime TV. Paid for by the taxpayer

Northumbria police need to wake up. I thought that sleeping policemen were lumps of tarmac. Why are being charged for a police crime commisioner ,when we dont have one,she is now mayor. Why us nothing being done about the new law that was brought in about ileagal scooters ,sick of them and bikes & motor bikes ,all electric and tearing along footpaths and main roads like its a speedway track & they always wear ski masks .Do you not know they are use on private land with permission. The rule is parents get 3 points & £300 fine. I have seen one on the footpath ,me doing 30 in 30mile limit i was overtaken by a scooter on the footpath. Other things like 2 up on bikes wearing ski masks with bolt cutters on their shoulder at 4pm in the afternoon,and grasstrack bikes passing me on the footpath with 3yr old sittung on the petrol tank,he left the footpath ,too a blind bend on wrong side of the road.WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR.

I would have given them 0 stars but that's not an option. I have just deleted my account and will no longer be using them. I ordered a burger and chips a couple of nights ago with estimated delivery of 30-45 minutes. It arrived 2 hours 30 minutes later. I had spoken to the restaurant at circa 30 minutes who said the order was waiting to be collected. It took ages to find a contact email for Just Eat and it's impossible to speak to anyone and even then there was a total lack of empathy. They even had the audacity to say they did not provide refunds for cold food. The food, when it did arrive, was barely edible. And they only gave me a paltry circa 25% refund. I will continue to use home delivery services, but I will not use Just Eat without a formal sincere apology and a full refund/financial compensation for the appalling way they have treated me.

I have been waiting for a delivery since Saturday 17. Delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. They said it would be delivered next day it wasn’t. Received notification on the19th will be delivered today at 1820 to 1930 at 2115 received notification”due to circumstances beyond their control package can’t be delivered. Received notification this morning your parcel will be delivered today between 0830 and 0930, received a further message at 8.20 Michal is on his way and your next. 9.45 “sorry we missed you you weren’t in. Photograph of another street not even in my area. (At least a mile away) allegedly my house. Appalling service. You can’t even speak to a person.

Teagan was great to engage with. She listened and it was great to have some personal feedback and time to be listened to and ask questions. I’m sure that as my journey progresses this will become more personal to my own journey and will benefit me long-term. My only comment would be that the quality phone call wasn’t as clear as it could be which slightly tainted the session. However, I am keen to book my next session with Teagan to continue to build on my micro habits and journey. Thank you Teagan. It was a great session and I thoroughly enjoyed having the personal support. It’s a really great aspect of the Voy journey.

Previous experience of estate agents has not been great but this was totally different. Alex Fitton was a pleasure to deal with originally very knowledgeable and helpful. Jenny Boyle was my liaison in charge of my sale and I have to say she was amazing throughout a process that, at times, was challenging. Nothing was too much to ask and when completion become very stressful she was the reason we got there in time. I will always be very grateful for everything that she did for me. I recommend Ryder & Dutton but highly recommend Jenny Boyle.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The website says 5-10 business days. It’s a month in and still nothing. I finally got a tracking number a week ago but it gives me no info and if I want info, I have to pay for the app! I would not recommend this company and also? The contact information like phone number (everything else other than email), which is posted on their website is invalid. This company is a rip off.

Very happy with your response time and how friendly your driver was. You was booked through the RAC as my car had broken down the RAC was saying between 3 to 6 hours wait. Once they past it to your self's you was in contact straight away and with me within 15mins of the phone call. I would recommend your company and driver any day of the week can't thank you enough. Very professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since using brain.fm (8 months) i scaled my ecom brand from 120k to 350k $$$ / month and also added a sweet little 20% in AOV and MRR is also crushing, i listed almost everdyday up to 4-7 hours, i really like the UX aswell, amazing app, to everyone who cant focus and blames it on brain fm or adhd bs maybe you havent find your real purpose yet.
