Solar Pros is expanding in the Columbus market and we're looking for proven sales professionals who know how to close. If you're confident in front of homeowners and want the opportunity to earn six figures with uncapped commissions, we want to connect with you.
For more than 10 years, Solar Pros has helped homeowners across the country lower their energy bills by switching to solar. As demand continues to grow in Columbus and throughout central Ohio , we're building a strong team of closers who can guide homeowners through the final step of going solar.
• Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
• Typical earnings between $100,000 and $200,000+ annually

This role is focused on closing solar deals with qualified homeowners.
• Conduct in-home or virtual solar consultations with homeowners
• Present customized solar solutions and explain financial benefits
• Overcome objections and guide customers through the decision process
• Close residential solar agreements
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• Maintain professionalism while representing the Solar Pros brand
• Proven sales closers with strong closing ability
• Experience in solar, in-home sales, roofing, windows, alarms, or high-ticket sales preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence handling objections and closing deals
• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Full-Time | Commission-Based
