First, ensure your phone meets our system requirements. Our mobile app doesn’t support any Android version before 7.9.9. To log in, use your existing username and password, or select Forgot Password to have a new password request sent to your email address on file with Buildertrend. If you need to reset your password but don’t have access to your account, you can request a password reset from the login page by clicking Forgot Password. Make sure both your Buildertrend mobile app and phone operating system are up to date for the best performance.
