Stages 3, 4 & 5

The PVG team will submit your application to Volunteer Scotland Disclosure Services using the details provided on this form.

You will receive an email from Disclosure Scotland (disclosurescotland@notifications.service.gov.scot) with your PVG link. Please check your SPAM folder.

The email will explain that you have 14 days from receiving the link to complete the application. Disclosure Scotland will send reminders on days 9 and 12 of the 14-day period.

If you do not receive or complete the link, it will expire on the 14th day, and the PVG team will need to request a new link.

Once you've complete the application, Disclosure Scotland will carry out the necessary checks.

When all checks are completed, you will receive an email notification from Disclosure Scotland (disclosurescotland@notifications.service.gov.scot) that your online result is ready to be viewed and shared.

You will need to create or log into a ‘ScotAccount’ to view and share your results with the PVG team via the email address used on your initial online application request form.

This email address will be provided by the PVG Team. They will have 14 days to open the link, but you can share it as many times as needed.
