For Beast in the East 9

If selected as a volunteer you will be provided with a 50% discount on your badge (for yourself, non-transferable) if you are assigned under 8 hours worth of volunteer shifts

If you are assigned 8 or more hours of volunteer shifts, you will receive a fully compensated free badge (for yourself, non-transferable)

If you are not accepted as a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to purchase your badge based on the pricing at the time your application was submitted (for example, if you submitted your application during the Early Bird registration period, you will lock in the Early Bird purchase price, even if you don't actually purchase your badge until Regular or Late periods)

Refunds will not be provided for those who have already purchased their badge before being approved as volunteers (so please do not purchase your badge in advance if you are applying to volunteer)

Deadline for submissions is May 1st, and you will be contacted via email regarding your application status by June 1st
