WHAT BRAND IS YOUR CLOTHING?
Our clothing is brandless and directly sourced from trusted local tailors.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SIZES?
Shirt sizes range from Extra Small to XXXL, while sweatshirt sizes range from Small to XXXL. XS size is applicable only for shirts. If XS is selected for sweatshirts, we will automatically set the size into small. Please refer to our size chart below for detailed measurements.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIRTS AND LONGSLEEVES?
Prices vary depending on your order. Kindly check the pricelist provided in the chart below.
WHAT ARE THE PRINTS MADE OF?
Depending on the design, prints are either made of rubberized vinyl and/or DTF (Direct-to-Film).
IS THIS READY-TO-SHIP OR PRE-ORDER?
This is a pre-order form. Order cut-offs are every 8th and 23rd of the month, and shipping is scheduled every 15th and 30th respectively.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
We follow a pay-as-you-order basis (via GCash or Bank Transfer). You have up to 3 days to settle your payment after we confirm your orders via email. Orders without payment after 3 days will be automatically cancelled.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Shipping is done via J&T through Shopee Checkout, or same-day delivery via Grab/Lalamove (within Metro Manila). You may choose your preferred option before submitting the form.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR J&T?
Once shipped, delivery takes 1–3 days within NCR/Luzon and 4–7 days for areas outside Luzon. Please note that any delays after handover to the courier are beyond our control, and we encourage you to review the courier’s
Terms & Conditions.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER SUBMISSION?
No. Changes in size or quantity are not allowed after submission. Kindly double-check your order details before finalizing.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
Returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues if the correct item was sent based on your order and our size chart.
- Please record a video and take photos of your unboxing for proof.
- For J&T deliveries, follow Shopee’s return process and message us so we can assist.
- For same-day delivery, we will book a Lalamove to collect the item. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and verified.
