As part of Suicide Awareness and Prevention Week, we're offering a special Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath session to help you unwind and relax. This yoga session is beginner-friendly and focuses on gentle, restorative poses—perfect for releasing tension and calming the mind. The goal is relaxation, so no prior yoga experience is needed. Yoga mats will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself!
After yoga, we'll transition into a sound bath. A sound bath involves lying down comfortably while listening to soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments like singing bowls. It's a peaceful and meditative experience designed to help reduce stress and promote a sense of inner calm.
This session will take place in the PC Room V104 on Tuesday after school at 3:30pm, and space is limited. If you're interested in participating, please sign up in advance. We hope this experience offers you a moment of peace and self-care.
