𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟒𝐀'𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐏) 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. MAIP fellows are hand-selected by industry professionals to begin their careers in advertising/marketing. Fellows receive professional development and intern with a partner organization from June - August 2026.

Coaches can anticipate investing 2-3 hours per month from the end of May through August 2026. The MAIP team will be in touch with more details on what this means and next steps over the coming months.

MAIP Coaches Must:
* Be a business/marketing/advertising professional with at least 2 years of experience
* Be able to dedicate 30 minutes on a weekly basis or 1 hour on a bi-weekly basis, throughout the months of June - August of 2026
* Be passionate about investing in incoming diverse talent.
