Четверта панель конференції «Перехрестя периферій» присвячена дослідженню умов структурних та політичних нерівностей, які визначають формування наративів про досвід війни.
Зокрема, ми обговоримо:
▪️ процеси продукування знань про суспільства, які переживають війни, у контексті імперіалізму, колоніалізму й націоналізму;
▪️ як досвід проживання війни відображається в знанні і розумінні війни;
▪️ яку роль дистанція, загрози, матеріальна спроможність/ресурси/умови та втома відіграють у доступі до (творення) знання?
🗓 Подія відбудеться 17 листопада о 18:00 за київським часом.
Робочі мови дискусії - українська та англійська з синхронним перекладом.

The fourth panel of the «Intersections of the Peripheries» conference is focused on exploring structural and political inequalities that shape narratives about war experiences.
We will discuss:
▪️ Knowledge production about societies at war, in the context of imperialism, colonialism and nationalism;
▪️ How the experience of living in the warzone is reflected in the knowledge and understanding of the war;
▪️What role does the distance, threat, material conditions and fatigue play in access to knowledge (production).

The discussion will be held in Ukrainian and English with the possibility of synchronised translations.
