Reserve and capital projects workshop held in advance of 2026 Budget deliberations

Council received a report on reserves and capital funding needs as part of the 2026 Budget process. Reserves are essential to deliver the 10-year Capital Plan, but current balances cover the minimal requirements, and a two per cent increase in transfers is recommended to meet long-term priorities.
