REXEL & DENMANS CARABAO CUP FINAL 2026 TICKET PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Rexel UK Limited (trading as Rexel and Denmans), a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered company number 00434724 and registered office address at Eagle Court 2, Hatchford Brook, Hatchford Way, Sheldon, Birmingham, B26 3RZ (“the Promoter”).
This promotion is run solely by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the English Football League (“EFL”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 09:00 (GMT) on Friday 27 February 2026 (“Opening Date”) and closes at 11:59 (GMT) on Monday 2 March 2026 (“Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
This is a free prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted on Tuesday 3 March 2026.
3. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents.
- Winners must be aged 18 years or over by 22 March 2026.
- No purchase necessary.
- Employees of the Promoter, EFL, associated companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
4. How to Enter
To enter via either the Rexel or Denmans Facebook or Instagram page:
- Follow Rexel or Denmans on the relevant platform.
- Like the official Carabao Cup Final 2026 promotion post.
- Comment on the post stating which team you would like to see win the Carabao Cup Final – Arsenal or Manchester City.
Optional: Tag an electrician or trade friend who may also be interested (tagging is not required to enter).

Only one entry per person per platform will be accepted. Multiple comments will not increase chances of winning.
Incomplete, automated, bulk or third-party entries will be disqualified.
5. The Prize
There will be two (2) winners in total.
Each winner will receive:
- One (1) pair of General Admission tickets (2 tickets in total) to the Carabao Cup Final 2026.
Tickets will be allocated in one of the competing team’s allocation areas, as determined by the Promoter and subject to availability.
The match will take place on 22 March 2026 at Wembley Stadium, London.
No travel, accommodation, food, drink or other expenses are included.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
6. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
- The draw will take place on Tuesday 3 March 2026.
- Winners will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on the platform used to enter.
If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Winner Information
The following details are required from each winner and their guest:
- Name;
- Date of birth;
- Email address;
- Home address including postcode;
- Supporting team.
Failure to provide this information within the requested timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The EFL will be provided with information (including name and address) of the promotion winner, for prize administration and databases will be checked against any club banning orders as well as the National Police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The EFL will not otherwise use winners’ personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so.
8. Ticket Collection
Tickets will be available for match day collection from Wembley Stadium and the winner must provide photo ID, or the Tickets will not be released.
9. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by the Promoter as Data Controller for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying the eligibility, selecting winners and prize fulfilment.
The lawful basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (performance of a contract). Where required, data may be shared with event organisers, and ticketing providers for prize fulfilment.
Personal data will be retained for no longer than necessary for these purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Personal Data will not be used for marketing unless consent has been separately obtained.

11. Incorporation of EFL Wembley Final Ticket Promotion Terms & Conditions
The additional terms set out in Appendix 1 form part of these Official Terms & Conditions and apply to this promotion.
By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that:
- The EFL Wembley Final Ticket Promotion Terms & Conditions apply in full.
- Entrance to this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all terms and conditions of the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the Wembley National Stadium Ground Regulations.
- Where there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and Appendix 1, the EFL terms shall take precedence in respect of ticket use and match attendance.

12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary.
- Disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the prize.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
APPENDIX 1
EFL Wembley Final Ticket Promotion Terms & Conditions
The following details are required from each winner and their guest:
Name, date of birth, email address, home address including postcode & supporting team.
Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions of this competition (including all terms and conditions the Football League Limited Conditions of Issue as well as the relevant Ground Regulations in force at the venue), no refunds or any other monetary compensation will be paid in relation to any Ticket that a winner has won in this competition where any Match is rescheduled, postponed, delayed or cancelled (for whatever reason).
The winner and their guest attending a venue to enjoy their prize must also comply with all policies, rules and reasonable instructions provided by the EFL, venue operators and/or any authority at the venue. The EFL, the relevant venue operators and authorities reserve the right to remove any entrant or winner (and/or their permitted guests) for failing to comply with those policies, rules or instructions or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate manner. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
