A Note of Thanks!

Dear Readers & Supporters,

The last twelve months have passed in a flurry of successful events, webinars, institutional dialogues, international conferences, book conversations, hundreds of publications including media appearances!

We were honored to have you with us, whether in virtual attendance at our webinars, reading our publications, or following our social media. Our mission — to create and disseminate knowledge to understand China better.

It would be impossible to fulfill without your time and support. For this, we are forever grateful.

Thanks to you, we have more momentum than ever as we turn to meet the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities 2022 offers. We are eager to show you what we have done in 2021 as a look back.

Have a wonderful, healthy, and safe 2022!

Sincerely,
Commodore R.S Vasan IN (Retd.)

Team C3S

We’ve compiled some of our impactful work in one place for you!
We have actively strived to enable and provide space for networking, both online and offline.

41 Events

The events revolved around understanding the prospects of Sino-Indian ties, deciphering China, its patterns, and processes.
Communication and engagement has been one of our driving forces.

192 publications

We published 192 items on our platform in 2021. These included exciting articles, issue briefs, occasional papers, monographs, and fortnightly China Watch newsletters on topics relevant to China scholars, researchers, and readers.
We are extremely happy and appreciate the enthusiasm of our readership and supporters including the thought, and intent of all those who made submissions to the think tank.
Despite the constraints imposed by the pandemic, 2021 allowed us to explore the space of virtual events extensively.
