Hiring a Jr-Mid Level Project Manager: Confetti Design Studio 💼 If you're an ambitious 20-something, read on. I am looking for a project manager (can be a fresher) to work directly with me to streamline the internal operations at Confetti. This includes our own marketing, own website, etc. It's neither a client-servicing role, nor is it a sales role. You don't need to convince new/old clients for anything. All you have to do is work alongside me, Vinnie Thawani, Rashmit Pradhan & Srushti Shah to ensure the internal machine runs smoothly. Here is what you will need. Over the last 4 years, I gave Confetti Design Studio everything. Experienced the highs of working with the greatest brands in India, winning design awards, working with some of the best people ever. And saw the lowest of lows. 80 Hour workdays, firefighting on a family vacation, design talent getting poached overnight. The pursuit of building a leading design agency sometimes feel like a curse; if it's even worth the hassle? I could easily live a comfortable life as it stands. That's what makes it fun i guess? Going into the weeds and finding the right people to fit like a glove. Have already done it so many times before.
