Terms of Service• Personal use only.
The Artist (Ayveris) retains all rights to the commissioned artwork. The Client can share the artwork, but they have to credit the Artist. Commercial work is charged individually, irregardless of the personal use pricing.
• Payment: Upfront or 50/50, up to the Client.
• Turnaround: Varies. From two days to two months. Larger illustrations can take more time.
• Prices are only estimates.
I price artworks out after recieving the description of the desired artwork and/or provided references. Complicated backgrounds and scenes, more characters are charged additionaly.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• Work is divided into 3 stages:
1. Inital Sketch
2. Cleaning out the sketch/Lineart
3. Coloring and rendering.
During phase 1, you are free to change whatever you like, but once I start lineart, first 3 minor changes are free, but major changes are charged additionally (3$/€+). (Minor change = editing a detail e.g changing a placement of the ring on the finger or editing the shape of face. Major change = edtiting a bigger piece, e.g. changing clothing, a hairstyle, a pose.)
• I have a right to reject a commission, if it's something I don't feel comfortable with.
