Delivery is charged at R125 on all orders with a surcharge of R250 on larger items where applicable
We strive to process orders within 1 business day. Your order will then be dispatched within 3-4 working days thereafter.
Please note that should your order consist of items from multiple suppliers, these items may be shipped to you individually at no additional cost. Please expect multiple deliveries in these instances

Whilst we strive to maintain an accurate record of stock at suppliers, there is always a rare possibility that an item which is low in stock at a supplier before an order is processed, is actually out of stock at the supplier by the time the order has been processed.
In such a case we will try and source the item from an alternative supplier or provide you with a refund/exchange/coupon
As long as the product is still under warranty and is confirmed to be defective once received by our suppliers, your item will either be repaired or replaced. Repairs may be attempted on items out of warranty, subject to additional cost at the time of repair. Please note that in cases where no faults are found, AURA GAMING reserves the right to be reimbursed by the customer for the initial collection of the item and the item will be withheld until delivery costs are covered for the item to be delivered once again.
One of the frustrations that many consumers experience when shopping online is not finding a specific product that they have been looking for even with the plethora of options now available online.
Whilst we cannot guarantee that we can source the item that you cannot find, we would at the very least like to offer the option of sourcing it on your behalf.
