Their packaging was very good but the plates are made of pvc which need a great care . You need to handle with care . Then the grip of the rod is really good . And also the dumbbell rod is strong and the gloves is good but not much quality an average and the skipping rope also . Handgripper also good The only problem that all has faced is the plate quality! It maybe the fault of your delivery partner but as my suggestion the brand should increase the quality of the material!. All round this product is value for money and if your plate is broken you can fix it with M seal a product like glu . I had fixed it with glu gun . Id more than 2plate is broken you can return the product don't take the risk to keep it . Personally I loved the product and my body has changed a lot !
