I'm still fairly young and don't have major leg or circulatory issues, but sometimes after a long day of being on my feet or hard yardwork or things like that, my legs just ache! I have a foot/calf massager that feels so good when it does compression, but it can't fit above my knees, so I thought I would try this. (My husband also said in the hospital, people always ask if they can take these compression devices home they feel so good, haha). Put them on and the first few minutes felt good, but still wasn't sure how I felt about them. After about 15 to 20 minutes though, my legs have never felt better. I love these! Definitely a great purchase for achey legs!

    I’ve suffered from painful leg aches and neuralgia for years. It was getting unbearable so I thought I would give these a try. When they arrived, the first thing I noticed was how well-made they are. They are hospital quality and made for repeated use. The pressure builds quickly in a matter of seconds and continues to inflate and deflate in a slow, smooth rhythm. You can choose from a moderate pressure all the way up to an intense, nbone-breaking pressure. I prefer the intense mode.
    The heat is gentle, but frankly, I don’t use the heat. My legs get warm enough just being strapped into these trousers.
    The Velcro fastest are high quality, not wimpy like some. And the Velcro contact patches are large with excellent holding when power under pressure.
    The lead wires are encased in a thick outer jacket. This keeps them from tangling and greatly reduces the chances of getting west spots and shorts.
    The controller is simple to use. The compressor itself is actually in the handheld controller. It’s surprising that something that small can put out so much pressure in such a short amount of time.
    If you are a larger person, fear not. It comes with extension flaps to fit even the largest of thighs. The trousers fit me perfectly and I’m 6 feet tall, but there is plenty of flexibility for taller or shorter bodies.
    It comes in a nice strong cardboard box with a handle for storage, and I was surprised that it actually folded up and fit back in the box quite easily. That’s not always the case with many products.
    I have absolutely no buyer’s remorse and would definitely recommend them to a friend. My son is a marathon runner and he loves to use them after training sessions.
    I looked at a lot of different brands before I settled on this one, but i feel like I got the best of the lot. The relief has been instantaneous and long lasting.
    I would definitely buy these again, but as well-made as they are, I doubt I’ll ever need to.

    First, I would like to say that I didn't have much faith in the product, but I decided to try it anyway. I cycled through the 3 different modes, the different intensities, and with or without the heat. My legs were feeling great and after the treatment, better than I could have hoped for. No swelling in the legs, the knees felt great. Legs and muscles felt lively.
    The first-time strapping it on seemed a little much, the second time was easier. Adjusting it to the leg is easy. I will continue to use this product and recommend it.
    So why a 4.2 rating? I think the cost is fair. Something made by a medical company would probably cost a lot more. I was surprised that the compression unit did not come with a small tote to store it in. That would be much easier than folding and placing in a drawer. That is trivial, but I think a necessity.
    The unit does perform, at least to my satisfaction, as it is claimed to work. Can it provide comfort for all the conditions listed? I don't know. I do know I will enjoy relaxing and using it. It feels great!

    Where do I start?! This horrendous contraption is nightmare to put on! So bulky and unpractical! I read so many reviews on leg air compression devices and so many brands. After a discount on these, I decided to pay $150 for them. Total regret. My husband has leg pain and numbness so I thought these would give some relief. Firstly, I had to help him put these on so I can’t imagine how a person can strap them on alone. The cords are placed towards the bottom of the legs and the digital remote is attached to those cords so when you finally bring it up to you, there is very little cord left to plug into the power cord. So you need to sit very close to a power outlet. The warming is very mild, not even worth the increase in cost between the non-heating option. The compression starts very slow like a blood pressure cuff. The compression is adequate towards the end of the cycle. My husband did not feel any relief nor enjoyed wearing these heavy, bulky contraptions! We have three tries on different days. Still a no. So the search continues

    If done again, I would pay a bit more to get ones that are one piece and zip up since the Velcro is overall kind of clumsy and cumbersome to put on and take off.

    I chose this heated compression sleeve because I'm able to sit down and use it and it goes up to my thighs. I have sciatica pain so, when it flares up I can barely move without assistance. I decided to get a full leg compression sleeve with heat because I had purchased a smaller one for my niece that's a dancer in college and she loves it and even her football player friends use it. It arrived just in time for me to see if it would help ease the pain of one of my flare ups. It did and it has been an amazing asset to my way of life. It definitely functions exactly as described. Having the adjustable heat and compression settings help me set the amount of pressure and heat that my legs can take to alleviate the pain. They are very lightweight and portable I take them with me when I travel out of town. The only things that I dislike about this product is that it doesn't come with a travel bag and the knee portion of the sleeve needs to be wider because it doesn't cover the knee completely once you start using the compression it moves and it doesn't cover the knee as well. I would definitely buy this again it has been worth every penny that I paid for it. I've gotten more than my money's worth and I would buy this again because this has helped me and my family so much.

I had a missing part which was the upper hip, or above the knee part, I never received it either, but Amazon or Seller was very helpful.

La presion va variando primero en el pie, luego sube al chamorro, despues al muslo, se va inflando y desinflando, super buena presion, la suficiente para efectivamente si sentir descanso, el material super resistente, no da calor ( hay otras que son de material plasticoso) estas no,.. tiene la opcion de poner calor o dejarlo sin subir la temperatura.
