    This is a must have for sourdough bakers. It makes life so much easier as you can reset it to zero after the weight of the bowl as well as after the addition of each ingredient. At the end the only dirty dish you have is the single bowl holding the dough and you never get an error because you’ve exceeded the weight as this scale has a generous 11 pound limit. The display is bright, easily readable, and the scale must be accurate as my sourdough loaves are beautiful and tasty. The scale is flat and stores well in a drawer, very functional. Thanks Amazon basics for great item at a low price.

    I bought these Amazon Basics digital kitchen scales to replace a cheap set that literally fell apart, and the difference is night and day.
