I am in LOVE with this heatless curler. It saves me so much time in the morning, it's awesome! I just put it on through a roller for my bangs, go to sleep, & when I wake up & take it out, I have perfect hair! Totally volumized, nice waves, and ready to go! I have medium length, fine hair and it works great. I also struggle with frizziness but when I use this (and sleep on a satin pillowcase), I wake up without frizz! No more damage & time wasted straightening or curling my hair in the mornings & more time for coffee/sleeping! I wouldn't say it is "uncomfortable" to sleep in, but it's not as comfortable as sleeping without it, and it is an adjustment but it is worth it. You can also adjust how tight you want the curls if you look up youtube/insta/tiktok videos. I just watched videos to learn how to use it and it was super easy. It literally takes like 1 minute for me to do and then it lasts all day. On days I don't do it overnight- I use a hack I figured out where I just put it on and then use my blow dryer with hot air on it, let it cool & then take it out and then my hair is instantly done. It's like a miracle. For 20 bucks or whatever it was, it is SO worth it.
