Sunrise Simulation and 7 Nature Sounds/FM Radio for Waking You Up

The sunrise lamp will gradually brighten from level 0 to the level you programmed across 10-60 mins before alarm time, the light changes from deep red to bright yellow, which may help you wake up easier. Comes with 7 optional alarm sounds, you can choose your preferred sound to wake you up. The last FM radio channel you listen to can also be set as alarm clock ringtone.

Quick Guide Operation:

  • Time Setting: Long press the Setting button for 2s to enter time setting, press +/- button to set Hour, the press setting button to confirm, then set Minute and 12/24H with same steps.
  • Display Brightness Setting: In Power on state, press Setting button to adjust the brightness of LED time display within three options: High/Medium/No brightness.
  • Alarm Clock setting: Press Alarm button to turn on/off alarm. Long press Alarm button for 2s to enter alarm setting, press +/- button to set Hour/Minute, press Alarm button to confirm; Then set Ringtone, Wake up light and Sunrise Simulation 1 by 1.
  • Snooze: When alarm clock goes off, press Snooze button to get 9 mins extra sleep time.
  • Fall Asleep: Press Sleep button to turn on/off the sleep mode. Long press Sleep button for 2s to enter sleep setting, press +/- button to the sleep time within 10-120mins, press sleep button to confirm. Then set Sunset Simulation light, sleep music and volume 1 by 1.
  • Light Setting: Press Light button to turn on/off the light, press +/- button to set light brightness; Double click Light button to turn on/off the Colorful light.
  • FM Radio: Press FM Radio button to turn on/off the FM, Press the Volume +/- button to adjust the frequency; Long press the FM Radio button to turn on automatic search frequency.

FM Radio & 7 Alarm Sounds

It will be a FM Radio just when you press the "Radio" button on the upper right to switch it on. Long press the "FM Radio" button for 2 secs and it will start and automatically scan all stations with frequency 76 - 108 MHz.     So lovely to be woken up gradually by the increasing light and then the bird song (my choice of alarm) there are several other options to choose from.
    The light can also be used to gradually dim when it’s time to sleep.
    The light can be used as just background lighting onn setting 1 or as a bright light on setting 20.
    The built in radio is an added bonus, unfortunately the reception here is not good and have very limited use of the radio.
