Results from one year of use
I have been using Mary Ruth for almost a year and have seen considerable growth with my nails. My hair has retained length but I cannot attribute it to the vitamin itself. I am in my 30's and have NO hormonal issues but may have had dietary deficiencies. In addition to taking these vitamins, I use Perfectil MAX which I feel is a regular vitamin for maintenance. MARY RUTH has increased the strength of nails and hair allowing the growth phase to continue. Mary Ruth is exceptional in quality and one of the few brands that shows quicks results within a 3 months time period. In addition to taking this vitamin, I also do the following for my type 4A high porosity hair: 1. I stopped blowdrying and use a revair which is less heat and does not involve combing the hair in a dry state. 2. I keep my natural hair in cornrows or twists 3 months at a time, letting the hair retain the maximum growth. I wash/deep condition within the protective hairstyle. 3. I moisturize with aloe vera juice and seal with castor oil. I use a leave in cream when needed to LOC it in. 4. I detangle during take down only. 5. I use protein in my shampoos and deep conditioners 6. I drink a green smoothie almost everyday. 7. I dust my ends but do not do trims. I use castor oil on my ends to prevent damage. 8. I am drinking fenugreek tea which has protein in it and extends the anagen hair phase. 9. I experiment with ayurvedic masks such as henna powder, amla powder, indigo powder, aritha powder, etc.

    I am super picky about vitamins and hate that horrible “vitaminy” taste. You know which one I’m taking about. I have tried everything under the sun since my 2022 VSG surgery: Chewables, bariatrics, pediatrics, and liquids, and most of them are awful. Simply awful. They either make my stomach hurt, causes nausea, have that wretched aftertaste. NOT THIS ONE!! WOW!! MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin & Hair Growth liquid is AMAZNG! No horrible taste, easy to take, no stomach upset, and no nausea. The ingredients list has all good things in it. I take 2 tablespoons a day, and have been taking it a few days. No jesting here—I can feel the difference!! I feel great! More energy, better mood, just a general sense of feeling energetic and good. Because of that, and the lack of nausea, I’m going to say the absorption is pretty good. I will keep buying this and taking this because it is the first vitamin that I have taken since my surgery that feels like it’s actually working. Two big, BIG thumbs up.     I waited to write a review to see if I saw results. I am now on my 3rd bottle and can say that this works! My hair is no longer shedding and my hairstylist who didn't know I had been taking the vitamin commented on how healthy my hair was after not seeing her for 4 months. I cut my hair short and it has grown back quickly. I like the taste but it is sweet. It tastes better cold. It's very easy to use with just 2 tablespoons and the bottle lasts a long time. I did notice higher energy as well. The ingredients seem great and I feel the liquid absorbs better. I will definitely keep using. Keep at it and you will see results.

    I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair.

    Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh.
    I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out.

    This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well.
    Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now.

    I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere.
    I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again.

    I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again.

    The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting.

    It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc.

    This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻

It was very easy to use – you just take a dose of it (about a tablespoon) per day and make sure to keep it in the refrigerator. The taste was actually good (like peach) and the color was a light orange. I would definitely recommend this multivitamin and I’ll be purchasing another.

    I love this liquid multivitamin...most people don't understand that you need at least 6 bottles before you see any real growth..I will be buying my 3rd one soon..taste is good..I out it in a glass of water and drink it like that...it is too expensive tho ..you only get like 15 days out of it...I'd definitely buy it more often and I'm sure other people too if the price would be like $35 to $40...
