As someone who still (infuriatingly) gets some acne into adulthood, this is the answer. It makes breakouts disappear 20x faster. They work, but they're not magic. They work REALLY well if the zit is popped first, though this annoys me because I bought these so I'd stop picking at my pimples. If it's not popped first, sometimes the patch works, sometimes it doesn't - like, it can clear out gunk, but it won't break the skin for you. But when they work, they successfully clear the zit out overnight. It usually leaves behind a small blemish (it doesn't magically make that go away too), but that usually heals within a week; before the patches, it could take a month or more for my zits + the resulting blemishes to heal. Now that I've tried these, I can't live without them.
