This is a very old device, this must have been manufactured long time ago, if you go to secureye.com, their website, you can't even see this device in their product catalogue, and they have deprecated the software for this model SK100, and I couldn't find the software anywhere, and my PC doesn't even detect this device, and the product I received also have some scratches on it like someone else used this.
Please do not purchase this and request for returns later, you are definitely going to return this product!

- Windows hello Login works after driver update
- But their own Secureye Software doesn't detect the fingerprint reader.
- File and Folder Encryption doesn't work
- Contacted Customer Care, They took remote access through AnyDesk and reinstalled the driver and software but it still didn't work so they simply said "Return the product or Contact a local Reseller. They can help you if they chose to. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE FOR ONLINE/AMAZON PURCHASE" - official statement
*Get this at your own risk if you only want to log in to the PC and your device doesn't have a built-in fingerprint scanner.
