General informations

By obtaining any art or design from me you will automatically agree to my terms of service, therefore, it is your responsibility to read them. If you fail to comply with any of the topics, you will be susceptible to suffering the consequences. Upon receiving two warnings, your name will be added to the "List of disadvantages", losing the possibility of commissioning me, receiving gifts, or designs from me.

Payment:
> If the value is above 100 USD/R$200 payment will be made in installments.
> In case of design or sales, the amount must be made within 36 hours.
> Partial payment of the commission must be given after the sketch, the rest of the payment will only be charged close to the completion of the commission.
> If you cancel the commission after paying for the sketch, the amount will not be refunded.
> I accept Paypal, pix and TED as a means of payment.

Art terms:
> Do not use for commercial purposes.
> Always give me proper credits
> You are not allowed to edit my designs, artwork, or anything.
> I have the full right to refuse services that make me uncomfortable.
> Don't pass your commission or custom slot as trade currency
> Payment will be made in full before finalizing the order in cash. If not, you can negotiate.
> Don't put me under pressure, I have a life off the internet.

Design terms:
> Do not remove character from toyhou.se.
> Feel free to change the species, create alternative versions, or anything, but remember not to change it so much that it becomes unrecognizable.
> You are not allowed to edit my designs, artwork, or anything.
> In case of adopts whose value is less than 100 USD, payment must be made first, as soon as I receive it I will send the character to you.
> Only resell the character with a value greater than the base value if there are additional arts, if not, you will be notified.
> Custom price may vary depending on the amount of details and/or additional art.
