- 100% upfront
- 50% upfront, 50% after final sketch
If paying via Paypal, please ensure to select the "Family and Friends" option so neither the artist nor commissioner is charged an extra fee

Please read through everything carefully to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible
By commissioning this artist, you are agreeing to the following terms:1. Usage
- Customer may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, as long as the artist is clearly credited to the artist where it's applicable.
- Do not claim, trace, heavily edit or modify the artist's work without artist's permission.
- If the customer wishes to make minor edits and/or adjustments, please contact the artist for assistance2. Payment
- Payment can be made partially (50%), or in full before the artwork begins production.
- ALL payments MUST be completed before the final, completed artwork is sent to the customer
- Payment methods will be discussed privately with the customer before starting production of the artwork.
- If paying via Paypal, please ensure to select the "Family and Friends" option so neither the artist nor commissioner is charged an extra fee3. Refund Policy
- Full refunds are only available before any artwork has started.
- Partial refunds can be given for works that are in progress but, not completed. This can be negotiated between 50% or 100% of your purchase, depending on how much progress has been made.
- Absolutely no refunds will be given after the artwork is fully completed and sent.4. Cancellations & Violations
- The artists reserves the right to cancel/deny a commission at any stage if the customer violates terms, behaves inappropriately, or makes unreasonable demands.
- If these terms are broken, it can result in, but not limited to, cancellation, refusal of future commissions, blocking and/or blacklisting.
- No refunds of already paid amount will be given if customer violates terms.5. Copyright & Ownership
- The artist has full copyright over all artworks, including right to post, use or display them for portfolios, examples, or promotion.
- Customer can request to keep their commission private, and can be discussed with the artist beforehand.

Please read through everything carefully to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible1. Communication
- Please be ready with clear references, descriptions, and details of what you want on your commission
- I will NOT be accepting AI-generated or stolen references2. Revisions
- Small or minor edits/adjustments are allowed between the sketch and coloring stages.
- Major changes after final product will result in additional fee3. Deadlines
- Time when the artwork will be done varies on workload (school and other commissions included) and complexity.
- If you do have a deadline, please communicate with the artist beforehand.4. Personal Use
- Personal use includes profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, personal displays, etc.
- Please do not resell my art5. Respect & Boundaries
- Please stay respectful throughout communication and the commission process. Rude disrespectful, inappropriate or demanding behavior.
- As stated earlier, I am an artist who's still doing schooling. Please be patient with responses and progress updates.
