Use local storage to save preference?

Session storage is wiped when closing the browser (default option, unchecked). Local storage saves the preferences indefinitely - however, they are not cookies.

Stream in seamlessly content instead of loading each page?

Should the site stream in every page, which would be more seamless, than to load each page one-by-one, which may cause some interruptions or be less seamless?
