Our billing system upgrade is complete! Welcome to a more streamlined way to manage your payments and invoices with Relay.
As promised, we’ve launched our enhanced billing platform. Here is a quick guide to what has changed and how to manage your account.
Your New Billing Process
- New Invoice Emails: Your invoices will now be sent from billing@st.relaypro.com. Please ask your IT team to whitelist this address to ensure you receive all communications promptly.
- Secure “Pay Now” Links: Paying an invoice is easier than ever. Simply click the secure “Pay Now” link found in the invoice email or on the PDF to pay instantly with a credit card or ACH.
- Updated Remittance Address for USD Checks: If you pay by check, please update your records with our new mailing address to ensure your payments are processed without delay:

- The MyAccount Portal: The new MyAccount portal is now your central hub for billing history. Access to this portal is available upon request. To have your login created, please email our team.
