He brings over two decades of experience in technology to his role. Nalley previously served as President of the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) for 4 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Internet Security Research Group, the organization behind Let’s Encrypt, and is the governing board chair of the Agentic AI Foundation. At AWS, Nalley works to connect cloud technologies with developer needs and strengthen relationships between AWS and the developer community. His organization focuses on ensuring AWS services meet real-world developer requirements while advancing strategic initiatives that benefit both AWS and the broader developer ecosystem.

Chris DiBona is a world authority on developer ecosystems and open source software, currently serving as Vice President in the Office of the CTO at Microsoft, focusing on open ecosystems. He has been an advisor to the UK based think tank RUSI since 2016. Notably during his 18-year tenure at Google, he founded and ran the open source programs office, spun up Google’s first developer relations efforts and helped across Alphabet entities including Waymo, Intrinsic, and Verily. Prior to Google, he was an editor at Slashdot and co-edited the seminal anthology Open Sources: Voices from the Open Source Revolution. He holds a Master’s in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

She leads a team of technical product managers responsible for Bloomberg’s AI platform strategy, working closely in partnership with Engineering and UX organizations to advance the capabilities that power the company’s most sophisticated AI applications. Their work spans initiatives to elevate the end-to-end developer experience across Bloomberg’s agentic AI infrastructure, optimization and performance tooling, and cloud-native MLOps systems, as well as human-in-the-loop workflows that integrate domain expertise into the AI development lifecycle through annotation, remediation, and quality-assurance processes.
