So what does that mean to you? It means that one pill will work no better, and no worse, than the other. The potential side effects each brand lists is the same. Because it's basically the same exact pill.
3. No Plan B pill is 100% effective. There is not a single Plan B pill on Amazon that is 100% guaranteed to keep you from getting pregnant. I don't care what brand it is. Want to know why? There are two big reasons. The first is timing. According to the National Institute of Health, levonorgestrel is usually 89% effective if taken correctly within 72 hours of the first time something happens. If you're mid-cycle and take it IMMEDIATELY, it can be 92 to 98% effective. Some factors can make taking it only 50% effective. In other words, there's a good chance that every 1 out of 10 women who take ANY brand of this pill will still get pregnant. Every brand will tell you, this reduces your chances of getting pregnant.
