Advance Notice Requirements
24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
Same-Day Changes: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to our late cancellation fees.

Fees
Late Cancellation Fee: $50 for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
No-Show Fee: $75 for missed appointments without any prior notice
Emergency Exceptions: Fees may be waived for genuine emergencies, such as medical emergencies, family crises,
severe weather, etc.).
